great staff, amazing views of the sea, everything is wonderful. the rooms are extremely spacious, the bar is nice.

Welcoming and incredible staff and satisfactory breakfast.

Fairly clean place and great location. Impeccably clean and well priced room and coffee and tea making equipment, a dining area, and a sitting area inside. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

We had an a double room with a view to inner courtyard. It had a bath in the particularly good bathroom. The pool was great, the staff here was superbly friendly.

The beach a few steps away, the family pool, beach towels and beach toys for the children are available for loan.

Lack of a fridge in the room

Perfect venue, appetising food, awesome location close to downtown. Well-appointed and impressive unit with ac, great staff. Climate control, tea/coffee making equipment and a dining area in the bedroom. Great experience there.

An upgrade to a beachfront bungalow made our stay special, and sipping fresh coconut water while watching the sunset was a highlight of our trip.

Breakfasts

No hot water in the showers

- the location is perfect, just in front of the best beach area, near the town, in the middle of the island . - the facilities, very respectful with the environment, with trees, plants, cabanitas very in the line of holbox. - . the beds and very comfortable rooms, with complete mosquito nets, bathrooms, air conditioning. - The pools well, good idea to differentiate the adult from the family. - the terrace that is in front of the beach, very comfortable, with hammocks and tables and chairs to eat.

- The staff. Unkind, especially the waiters. You were a minute late and they wouldn't give you breakfast. Uncooperative in general. we had a problem with taxis and cash and they were not very willing to give alternatives. they do not offer advice for the island, nor do they care in the least about the customers. - We had some young neighbors who at 8 am were already playing their music loudly. They took their speakers to the pool until 11 pm, disturbing all the neighbors, and at no time did any of the hotel staff call their attention to them, until we came.

I think that the hotel isn´t a four star hotel. The services, the staff and facilities aren´t good enough. The breakfast and the standard of the rooms are disappointing. The restaurant is also on a too low level, which is a shame. The description of the equipment of the rooms aren´t true either, since they are lacking most of the equipment.

Reception staff was very helpful. The bungalows and pool area is very nice.

Continental breakfast (included) was poor.

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed canoeing and bird watching. The staff was super friendly, and the vibe was like a small paradise. The breakfasts were tasty too. Don't miss the Holbox Ferry for a fun outing!

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was really poor , tough for some of us needing to work remotely.

They show in the internet a much better looking place than they are. They said they are a resort but it seems to be more like a litle (caba;as). They dont have tv, the food of the restaurant is very bad, the continental brekfast has very bad coffe,

We stayed in a cabin overlooking the sea and it was really wonderful! Waking up with those views couldn't have been better. In addition to the sea, it overlooked the pool. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The bed had mosquito nets, very useful on this island. The hammock on the porch was very relaxing. Its beach area is great and you can enjoy it on the hotel's sun beds. Aesthetically the space is wonderful.. The location was very good, it is not super central but it is in front of the beach and you can reach the center by taking a short walk along the beach or the main street.

Although the staff is very friendly it is not very efficient (they took a long time to answer emails, lack of clean beach towels, schedules that were not respected, there was rarely anyone at the pool bar . The daily cleaning is not for throwing rockets . The music in the pool area was loud and pachanguera, far from my concept of relaxation, which is what inspired me that island and that hotel... . next to our cabin there was an area that looked like a garbage dump with coconuts and branches, which although it did not smell was not very pleasant.

well placed. Friendly staff. hotel is very neglected, it seems to lack attention from the owner. Lots of leaves lying in the gardens, deckchairs on the beach don't invite you to stay there.. I feel that with very little else, they could get a lot more potential out of the hotel. We did not eat in the restaurant more than the breakfasts that were already included and although they were very complete, seasoning and presentation left much to be desired. Our room was full and when we asked for an upgrade (paying the difference) we were told that there was no availability (when clearly the hotel was not full). There were no bikes available for rent (all in maintenance). In general the price/quality ratio seemed to us to leave a lot to be desired. What saves you is the kindness of your staff, we wouldn't go back.

The pools were not very clean, the presentation and taste of the food could be improved, lack of maintenance in common areas, the restaurant is very dark.
